HOW DO WE DO ITOur Process
Once we receive a referral or inquiry for a potential customer, our sales team will start with an interview over the telephone. This is generally followed by a site visit where our designer will review your living space, determine what you want and create a VISION together of your exclusive project. A budget is determined, and the planning begins. Our design engineer creates hand drawings of the woodwork and cabinetry you have envisioned and works closely with you, OUR CUSTOMER, to complete a design and choose materials that fit your budget and (artistic) taste. Once drawings are complete, our engineer meets with you to review the design and finalize a quote. A deposit is collected and the building of your cabinetry and woodwork begins. Our highly trained and competent cabinetmakers fabricate your project in our well-equipped professional woodworking shop and deliver and install your cabinets directly to you. We encourage and invite our customers to preview their project at our shop during various stages of fabrication.
